Tracey Kelley sits down with Iowa Education Department Director Judy Jeffrey to talk about the state of student achievement in Iowa. They address some of the conflicting information about how Iowa students are performing on standardized tests, and take up a lot of the issues related to the federal education law, known as "No Child Left Behind."
